Negotiation Program Cancellation Policy
As we often have wait-lists for our programs, it is important that you contact us in a timely manner if you must cancel or defer your attendance. Written notification of cancellation or substitution must be received from the participant by the appropriate calendar day as follows:
- If an applicant withdraws from enrollment more than 30 calendar days prior to the start of the program, the applicant is entitled to an 80% refund. No refunds will be provided within 30 days of the start of the program. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of a program.
- Participants are allowed one transfer (to another program date) for a $300 transfer fee up to 30 days prior to the program start date.
- Participants may send a substitute. Substitute names, titles, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers must be received 14 days prior to the program start date.
